We have a server with 2 network cards named deathstar. The main ip is 194.9.201.29 the 2nd ip address used for only back ups is 20.20.20.2. When I ping deathstar from itself I get 20.20.20.2. When I ping deathstar from any other machine on the network I get 194.9.201.29. What do I have to set to make deathstar think it is 194.9.201.29?

Try adding an entery in hosts file :)
c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc
Quick and eazy solution I think :)

In Deathstar, right click my network places, Advanced, Advanced settings. In connections windows box, make sure that main NIC is on the top
