?I have manually entered my DNS information in Network Neib my DNS servers reside out on the internet.
When I do an IPCONFIG the addresses that I manually entered are not there.
Is there some sort of an ipconfig /dnsflush for win98se????

Thanks

do you have more than one adapter?.. make sure which adapter you are viewing if you do
you may also want to set dns to derver assigned then run ipcong then release all then go back and put your dns settings back in

Do this at DOS prompt
ipconfig /all to see all dns adapter info
ipconfig /release all adapters
ipconfig /renew renew all adapters

Other wise at start / run (type in) winipcfg
and ok

You can release the ip's and get a new lease. you also may see what DNS is used by your adapter.

If they are manually inserted then they will not release by the /release command...i believe that only works with DHCP
