DNS entry for website

Hello all, I have a company who's local domain is abc.com. Whenever they try to access their website " which is hosted somewhere else, it comes up with a page cannot be display message. When we try "abc.com", it comes up with the msn search page. I know it has something to do with the DNS and the fact the local domain is the same as the web url. If someone can tell me what entries I can make on their DNS server I would really appreciate it.

No, it isn't blank. it is supposed to be '@', blank acquires the record above that line, so it is order dependent.
