DND Transfer

I have a BCM 400 R4.0. When an end user presses DND, DID calls and calls that are transfered to them are being rerouted back to the receptionist and the screen reads DND transfer. I have never had this problem before. Anyone know what is going on?

ran into the same issue howeve with one phone, rebuilt the target line

All the lines have 2 appearances. I'll check the prime but I'm fairly certain that the prime is going back to itself.

Check the Target line is set to prime of the set and not the default of (Recpt 221)
