DND question

I have set that if it is in dnd mode it will ring busy from a internal or external call, what do I seem to be missing, other then a user with too much time on their hands ??

Once dnd is applied to a set..calls are forwarded to the prime line only if there is no other telephone on which this line appears. If there is anther telphone that shares this line, the calls may be answered by that person, The DRT feature transfrs all unanswered calls to prime set after specified time...
Theres also a process that ocurrs if the sets are in a Hunt Group..
Hopefully this will help you trouble shoot..

Since I know this user's prime line is pool A yet the set has a "private" line that rings only on her phone, so if the DND "problem" is to "go away" the prime line has to be the same as the direct ringing private line
 
Hmm, since this is a Older 8x24 system, I did see call forward on busy & call forward & no answer (both of which go to VM)
 
MsBozz, He said older 8x24. That is before DND on Busy days.
