DNA 5.5 SP2 Hot Fix 212 for Vista Client and OWS prompt in Vista

Hi All,

Here I am again with two issues regarding DNA 5.5 client apps on Vista.

1. When I try to unregister the PBXService.exe as stated in DNA55_HF212, I get the error below.

2. When starting OWS, a blank window only with a Warning! sign and the "OK" button appears. It has to be clicked before the log-in prompt appears.

Can anyone help me with these?

Just to let you all know, I have upgraded to D.N.A. 5.5 Service Pack 3. The Vista error with the blank prompt above has ceased.
