We have an opt 81C 25.40B, Symposium 4.2. What is the easiest way to send DN calls (key 1 and 2) directly to voicemail while agents are on an active ACD call (key 0).

try fncf=yes in your acd group.. force nite call forward to busy acd dn.. then your vm acd dn would be your ncfw target

I tried that and DN calls still ring while the agent is on an ACD call, any other suggestions?

Look at prombt SDNB in LD 23 (block calls to secondary DN while on ACD call)
