Hi All, I am sure I have seen this done on an SX2000 previously and am trying to achieve this on a 3300 running running 4.1. Essentially I have 2 DDI numbers that are programmed across 3 handsets as both a key system and multicall appearance, there is no CLI from the network provider so I do not need to see the callers number but what I wanted was to show the directory number and/or the tel dir name on the screen when called externally, all I see it the Trunk Service label, if I delete that I get the trunk number ? anyone managed to achieve this before ?
Thanks in advance

What do you want to have appen if the call is not answered or the system is in night mode.

The simplest solution would be to create a ring group with the keys as members.

Ring groups are somewhat limited in functionality so other answers may be necessary.

Will only be recieving calls when the site is manned and they will be re-directed elsewhere at the network level when unmanned so I can re-jig them to be anything if need be. Would a ring group as the DDI number with a dummy number as the member programmed as the key on the phones show the Tel Dir number/name ? Its for a "sales" and "support" type arrangement so they can look at the screen to see rather than the label :)

Calls presented to a ring group with display the ring group name.

If the calls do not need to proceed to VM and you already have a solution in place for after hours then terminate the calls to a ring group.
