DN Rings busy when caller on phone aswering call

I have a users who just recently started complaining that when she picks up calls on 7229 - that anyone else who calls that number while she's on the phone gets a busy signal. The programming looks fine - I don't know what else to look for?? Much Thanks!!

you would have to add another line on key 9 scr xxxx. than set lhk to 9

the incoming call search idle keys begin in the key 0 trought the key specified in the LHK prompt.
If you have the key 8 busy and the LHK is 1 and if you don´t have other key more up, then you obtain busy tone.

Sorry - I typed in the wrong info - I meant to type 7299. Should I change the LHK to 8 now? What about my prime DN 7224 will that be affected?

that is a major problem, take it out and put it back in. i assume that 6100 is an acd for mail, that should never be busy, maybe just ring no answer, but with hta abd hunt 6100, that phone should never be busy

Thanks for the tips - I changed the LHK to run to button number 8 where 7299 was - it works now!!

You should have just been able to use LHK 0 to use Short Hunt...will go to HUNT DN right away
