DN Call Logging

Hi all,
We have an employee who is suspected of making a large number of non-job related calls. I have been asked to enable some form of logging.
In my mind, I would expect there would be some function to enable logging for a single DN, which would record source/destination #'s, time on call, etc.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

You can do an enhanced trace on this user. Set up in LD 80
 
Or call accounting - I use vxtracker.com ...good product, good people...

You should be using some sort of Call Accounting or CDR software. The trunk routes will have to have CDR turned on in them. You also will probably need some sort of buffer device to store records until your software program polls for them. We use Cash+ by Hansen software at our sites.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!
