I'm new to this job and trying to free up some resources. I have an ACD set whose DN is acquired by Contact Center. Is there anyway to determine what agent ID is logged into it.

If you login to CCMA Contact Center Management and open the Agent you can see the TN they are logged into under Agent information, but I guess if you have alot of logged in agents this might not be the best way. Probably better would be in Real Time Displays make a private copy of the Public Tabular Agent Display. Then in the Private copy add the Position ID to the columns save and launch. You will now see the Agent ID's to Set Position IDs

Thank you bignose21, they are not logged in so I'll have to keep checking. idu show's the set is connected though.

There might also be a CDN which has the ACD assigned, check that in LD 23 too.

Is there a way to search or list CDN's filtering on the DFDN feature to see if any CDN is pointed at a specific DN?
