DMTF tones not being passed Definity V9

Hi

I have a site which cant pass DTMF tones, here's a bit of background.

I have set up an ars entry with my mobile phone number to get route to a particular route pattern.

In the route pattern I have inserted by mobile phone number followed by comma then the digits 1234567890

When I go into the remote-access annd dial my mobile phone, the DTMF tones aren't presented. But when I answer the call and i press the keypad I can hear the DTMF tones.

The PBX is on dEFINITY 9.5 software.

The strange thing is that another pbx also a definity which is on 9.2 can pass DTMF tones.

On that PBX

The exact same DS1 configuration is being used.
The same route pattern.

Any ideas?

yes there was an incorrect country protocol setting on the DS1 card.
