Dll Register Service

I have a user who is receiving this message when she boots her pc: An error occurred calling dll Register Service in c:\programs files\common files\system\ado\msado15.dll. This happens before she logs in and she needs to click on the message multiple times for it to go away. It is more of a nuisance than a problem since it does not appear to affect applications she works with.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
