DLC with PRI Still locks up. 2

In an earlier post I asked about a problem with a DLC console (MLX-20) locking up when a DID call is routed to it.

There are no lines assigned to it what so ever.keys.
only 5 SA (Service Access)

I have 1 main number that is routed to the Attendant (101)
via Dial Plan routing. The first call that comes in locks up the MLX-20 so that you have to reset it to get it to work.

When I switched to QCC it works, but the customer hates the QCC setup.

2 things to try:

1. I am sure you tried this, but what happens when you plug a MLX10 into that DLC port 0101. Same thing?

2. Assign S/P 0201 as Operator or 0105. See if the problem follows to another board or port.
