Hi,
I have an existing code which uses AcsLan(DLC API)for DLC interface, MSDN says that DLC interface is not supported in in XP and 2003 , is any other alternative or AcsLan will supported through any other means.
1) How do i support my program in XP and 2003 .. Will AcsLan( DLC interface) work in 2003 and XP
2) DO i need run any service in windows2000 to support DLC interface and AcsLan.
Thanks and Regards,
Parthi

Since Host Integration Server runs under 2003 then I would be suprised if there is not a way to run DLC. In the case of HIS, I needed to load the HIS Service Pack (1) in order to get DLC installed for it. Not sure if you are using this application or not.

DLC will work with HIS. You need to get the dlc driver from the xp workstation cd under the support directory , there is a txt file which gives you the instructions on how to install it on a w3k server.
Then you must install SP1 for HIS.
