DL585 G1 unknown system

I'm working on a reconditioned Proliant DL585 G1 for a customer and am curious about 2 things. First, in HP System Manager it lists the system model as "unknown". Second, in the Rom-based setup utility the system serial number is corrupt.

Is there a relatively easy way to correct these anomalies? Obviously they aren't impacting the server performance but still it'd be nice to straighten them out.
