DL360 Re Formatting Drives for VSP 6.2.1.0.9

Just installing Platform 6.0.3 then upgrade to VSP 6.2.1.0.9 . Did it ok the first time but I was given all the wrong IP address so I had to rebuild

Platform went on fine but the VSP did not ,,, so can I format the drives ??
