DL User Policy and Win XP Probs

I'm having issues with that I need some help with. Netware 5.1 sp6, Zen 3.2 sp2 and client 4.90 on Windows XP workstations. I created the dynamic user policy to use Netware credentials to create an administrator account when creating the XP user account. This works fine until the user's password gets reset and for some reason it is not syncing with the Windows password. Any ideas?

Found the problem. I needed to check the "Manage Exisiting NT Account, If Any" box and that fixed it.
