Dividing Publisher Document into 4 equal parts

How is this best done? What I'm trying to do is make "tent cards" that will be about 1 quarter of the size of an 8 by 11 page. These small cards will go inside a plastic case on the table at our restaurant. Please post instructions on how to set up a page in publisher so that I can create 4 identical "tent cards" on a single page.

What cant you delete all objects on the page.
Then, insert 4 equal sized textboxes.
Then write to the 1st and copy and paste to the other 3
