Hello,

An user wants to make a divert of all the phones of a hunt group to another phone which is in another building.
I know that we can divert a hunt group using " CDINI:DIR=Group Hunt,DIV= Extension;" but I need that user can make a divert from his phone but I don't know if it is possible.

Thanks in advance.

Have you thought about a follow me ?

In the UK to initiate a follow me : *2*groupnumber*destination#

End follow me : #2*groupnumber#

The phone which are doing this operations would need to be a supervisor phone i.e something like this : kscac:dir=ext number,serv=121512000

Hope this helps

let's start with asking about what software level we are talking about. There are different options to divert a group hunting.

I used to have to do this quite regularly about 10 years ago.

I think what we did was have each user divert their phone back into the hunt group when they left their desk. The hunt group was then sent to send calls to another number when no agents were available in the group.

Without a live system to play with i'm not sure how that last bit was done i'm afraid but it does work.

umm,it IS supposed to do that, right??

Hi,

I think it can be done by initiating a fictive group with SEL category allowing diversion (3rd digit=0)
Initiate CDINI from fictive group to that another phone (use ABB if needed)
Initiate user's extension as master extension (SPEXI)
Program a button for transferring calls as A 24 A Group_number A Fictive_group B
Program a button to cancel diversion B 24 A Group_number B (note that here stands not a fictive group number)

I suggest to think twice before initiating extensions as a master :)
