divert phone

An user cannot divert the user's phone or pick up a call from another phone through the normal manor of pressing '8'.
Configuration phone as follow. When I have checked the line is blocked, but he says that he can receive calls.

Is it normal? can it be the problem to divert calls?

Forget the comment about the line is blocked because now is fine but user cannot divert calls. Any idea?

When you say divert do you mean External Follow Me? CDIV dig 3 = 0, this must be a 1 for external FME. CDINI looks ok, but try CDINE/CDINI on the extension and see if it shows in SUSIP.

For Pickup, try GPDAP:GRP=35; to get LIM that group is in, then RFPUI:UNIT=GPP,LIM=x; and test again - of course check that 4801 is in the same group as the extensions trying to pick up.
