Mi problem is not to make diversion with MD110,
mi problen is to receive the pubblic diversion with MD110
If I dial *21*(number of office where is MD110)# in the telepone of my home, the call directly at my home when there is BC12 go to telepone of office, now with MX-ONE diversion from external telephone to MD110 do not work.

when it was MD110
if you activate "follow me" - *21*987654321# in your residence telephone, the calls will be forwarded and ring on your office telephone extension.

The telephone of my residence is not un extension of MD110. Mi residence is connect to the telephone net of the city,(telecom italia) . In my office there is the md110 with TLU76 trunk isdn connect to the city, (telecom italia). if I know the number of telepone I can call the office without speak with the operator. is possible also to make diversion from my residence to my office.
If i dial *21*number of office# in the phone of my residence, the call for My home ring in the office.
But after the upgrade of the MD110 from BC12 to the MX-ONE
the call from home to office is good,
the diversion do not work.

I know another office with MD110 bc12 release and follow me work,

to be able to use features on the MXOne you must have some kind of programming on MXOne, how is your pabx configured to allow you to use MXOne features from a public line? You need to tell us exactly how this is set to work and what is programmed, you cannot simply use features on MD110/MXOne from anywhere without setting up on the pabx.

This is a wild guess, i know some public PSTNs, do have call forward features,in this case the code to enable call forward in the PSTN is the same as in the MX-One *21*DID number#, my question was last time if he tries dial from he's home phone *21*Cell phone number* then when calling he's house phone the call will get forwarded to the cell number, and this has nothing to do with the MX-One, now I think the main question is after upgrade to MX-One he could not use that feature any more so the MX-One is rejecting calls from the PSTN through E-1 or T-1 or what ever route he has, am i right in my assumption paoloitaly?
