Disturbance Counter error on MD110 BC10

Getting the following alarm this morning on my MD110 BC10:

CLASS: 1
38 DISTURB. COUNTER INCREASED DUE TO FAULTY PROGRAM EXECUTION

Any ideas what this is? Is it serious?
