Distribution lists - How to Create

I want to create a distribution list, for say 'managers@domain.com' and i want it to go to a list of names I select(managers), so I dont have to select each and every name. how can this be done?

you can create a listserv with the addresses you want as members and give it an alias of "managers@domain.com"
