How do I send a distribution email message that looks as if I am sending it to one individual at a time without showing everybody else's email address?

If you are using Outlook Put you name in the to box and then use the BCC option (if not shown you need to go view and then tick BCC field)
Put all your adressees in the BCC field and the only address they will see is yours.

That was not my question. I know about the BCC field.

I need to be able to send the message to several users at once, but when each get the email only their name will appear on the TO field. If I use the BCC field no name at all will appear.
