Hi, fellows.
I just found my GW doesn't support mail address written in Internet Address(i.e 200063@test.com)
First, I make sure that the Internet address setting is correct. I check the Tools->GW XXX->Internet Address, it's test.com.
DNS is checked as well.
Second, I choose the internet address format is USERID@Internet domain. My current user is admin.
Third, I start the client, and send a test Email to "admin" successfully.
Fourth, When I send an Email to "admin@test.com", it says
same address are undelieveable or crossed out, and asks me to go to the address book.
I click the yes. I see the admin user with admin@test.com as it's Email address in the address book. But this item is grey and can not be choiced.
I checked the distribution list of the domain from the console. It's nothing in there.
I tried to right click user->distribution list->add, but there is nothing in the "add" dialogbox of distribution list.

I doubt that the distribution list of server is not correct. But How can I add a user on it? All of them are grey except the cancel button.

By the way, I forget to say, the DNS is a internal DNS server. All of my test computers are not connecting the Internet.

I found another error in MTA.
I can't change anything in MTA configuration from console. It says an error occur modifying an attribute value file lock error 820e.
I check the rounting options.
It says it is defined in GW1. But I don't see anything in the field although the field is grey and uneditable. But it should has something, should it?

You have to restart the GWIA for changes to take effect. And a lot of times, errors in ConsoleOne are because your path to the PO/DOMAIN are wrong.

I'm assuming you've added the "test.com" domain to your GW system through Tools - GroupWise System Operations - Internet Addressing?

To Dave:
Yes, that's right. I put "test.com" in the Internet Addressing of GWSO of tools.
Any ideas?
