Hello all,
Could some of you share your thoughts with me as to what the best way is to distribute a final version of an Access DB to users. I want them having as little access as possible to tables, design views, etc. I just want them using the interfaces (forms and reports) that have been developed.
I know this is a very general question but this is my first time actually distributing an Access file I've developed to other users around my company so I was wondering if the experienced users might have any suggestions about things to be sure to do, settings to check, etc.
I've also seen some discussion about being able to distribute the file as a stand-alone application (though the users do have to have Access on their machines)... is this easily accomplished? How is this done?
Thanks for sharing your thoughts with me.
