So, I ran into the same issue as in thread940-1693352
It seems on Site B, the distributed, users cannot remotely setup greetings, and if there is a greeting (from when distributed was not setup) then the greeting wont' play, only their recorded name.
What the heck is up with that!?

Has anyone seen this, or found a resolution? Running latest R9sp5.

Distributed is working fine, other than that issue. Super weak sauce.

Fixed the greeting issue after hours of debugging it.
I turned vm services off and back on again.

HAHA!

Anyhow, still cannot record greetings remotely. Must be a distributed bug.

Pink for posting 'solution'.

That feels like a cheap way to get pink, but I'll take it, hah!

This garbage broke again. Primary server gets the message. Primary server knows they are there. Does not update the distributed server.
We ended up going back to 2 stand alones (yes yes, not supported, blah blah). At least it works for now. This garbage is...broken.

Hey, they did something to the VMPro on the latest releases.
Tried stepping the VMPro down to 9.0.3?

Btw, just read the SCN docs again. Missed the part about "VMPro should be on the same release as the lowest IPO in the mix".

I've always beleived it was the oposite, but I don't do mixed level SCN.

Kind regards

Gunnar

We've had it on everything from 9.0.3, then 4, now 5, with same issues.
Sometimes I wish I had another IPO/demo kit here to setup these multi site things so I can do more testing. These issues are just silly.
