Distributed Sniffer agent issues

Hello All,

I have a few Distributed sniffers locking up. I stop and restart the DSAgentSrv service to be able reach it on Sniffview. They sniffer application is running on P4 2.2 ghz 1 gig of ram Windows XP SP1. Versions 4.50.084,
4.30.525. I am getting a error in my Application event viewer from Dr. Watson.

The application, C:\Program Files\NAI\DSProAgentNT\Program\snifferprob.exe, generated an application error The error occurred on 04/03/2005 @ 01:02:55.956 The exception generated was c0000005 at address 302AB38B (SnmpRmon!CNewUser__GetUserNameA)

Hello CogGen,

The latest version of the Sniffer Distributed 4.5 SP1 has proven to be the most stable code in recent history based on what our other customers have indicated. I would suggest upgraded, if at all possible, and I believe you will be in better shape.

I have the same problem and with SP1 as well. Any joy anyone?
