distinguish between reality and delusion,i need help,about a photo 1

i got a photo recently, but many ppl said that it is a counterfeit synthesized base on usin' photoshop. i don't believe it but i don't know how to do. i hope i can get the key, the result or the solution in this place. and if all right, i wish i can get the original pics before synthesized it. thanx for everybody and sorry for my english, i'm from china. below is the link,

You should reduce the resolutions a bit (even just JPEG compression would help). This thing takes forever to load!
