Distibution Expert Crystal 8.0 is not loading 1

I am getting a dexpert.exe generated errors, restart.I am using this to compile my reports to give access to other users, is there another way to do this. I am not a programmer.

The distribution expert was, at one time, the best way of giving access to people that do not have CR. Of course it was also the ONLY way of giving people access. There are now better options that don't require programming, like the viewer programs I have listed on the LINKS page of my website. These are better because they eliminates the need to recompile reports when they are changed. A couple of them are free and even the ones that you pay for are not very expensive.

thanks Ken,
I went on your site and downloaded the gecko surfing viewer. It seems to be working fine on XP, 2000 and 98.I am going to buy it. Also your web site is very helpful, I have some reports that run slow, so getting your help is needed. I am going to go on your site and buy some hours of help via the po method, it will be great having a Crystal resource.
