DisplayMsg function on short code

Hi all,

I’m having trouble using the DisplayMsg shortcode feature on IPO R7.

I have a shortcode setup *80 that is setup with DisplayMSG, with the phone number set to:

200”;PANIC ACTIVE”

200 is a hunt group for the whole system.

When dialling *80 from any phone I get call rejected and constant busy tone (see photo below)

Any ideas? Thanks.

Try this…your short code may be wrong.
You haven’t told us how you set it up

*80*N#

On reading further you may have to allocate this to a button.

Or try dialling. *80* 200 #
This will dial the user 200 and hopefully call the group.

My suspicion: Check your quotation marks, should be " ", not ” ”.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Similar idea but using a group only with group button appearance buttons on phones.
