Displaying when NVRAM was last modified

Can anyone advise me on what command/commands I would need to configure on my cisco router to get the following information of when last NVRAM was modified.

To my knowledge this is not configurable, it is a feature of the IOS. What version are you running?

i would log it, then have your unix person set up an email every time there is a change.
