Displaying VDN Names on phones

I am looking for a way to display the attributes of the VDN that is assigned to particular types of calls. Currently the ANI is what is displayed. I really would like to have both ANI and VDN attributes displayed. I wil take the VDN info over ANI.

On your VDN form, change vdn xxxx
Allow VDN Override? n

This should display the NAME in the VDN field to the phone set.

If you'd like to whisper an announcement to the agent like "Customer X calling" before they pickup the line, you can do that on the COR of the
- Agent ID
- Agent Station Number
- VDN
change cor x: Hear VDN of Origin Annc.? y

Then record the greeting you want and put it on the VDN form:

change vdn xxxx
VDN of Origin Annc. Extension: xxxx (greeting extension you recorded)
