Displaying records in sequence

I have a field in a form named 'Logged by:' in which a name is entered.&nbsp;&nbsp;I want to display a report which lists all records in name order for a particular date( ie, all records for Joe loggs, then all records for Joe Bloggs2 etc). The date or bit is no problem, but I can not get the names to display sequencially.&nbsp;&nbsp;HELP!<br><br>

In the report Sorting and Grouping you should be able to select the field you require and then pick Ascending - you can do this for multiple fields so you can have sorted by date then by name.
