displaying info in a db

I've 3 tables.. name, email, and catz

I've ether a 1,2 or a 3 in catz and depending on what value it is I want to display name and email.

ex.

Name: email: catz:
joe joe@joe.com 1
ryan ryan@ryan.com 3
pat pat@pat.com 2
sarah sarah@sarah.com 2

If the value is 2 then I want to show joe and sarahs info.
If the value is 1 then I want it to show joes info.
etc
