displaying db results - If EOF message

Hi, I added some code so when someone clicked a link and there were no results, they would get a message, "Sorry, no records found..." It works great, EXCEPT, even when there are results found, it displays this message at EOF. I obviously did something wrong. Any ideas how to properly insert this code?? Thanks in advance.

Realized I had the code in the wrong place! All is working now.
