Displaying a Running Clock

I know how to do the TIME function, etc. But, my question is, how do I get it to become a "running" time? (the seconds tick off, etc)? And is there code for displaying different types of clocks?

You can use the timer event to tick. I think you will need an ActiveX control for a clock.
