Display to show User Name on 1608 for CM

Another IPO to CM question...

On IPO, the User's name showed on the display of the 1608 IP telephone. The customer wants this same thing for the CM side.

Is this possible? Instead of showing the extension at the top, can we show the User name instead?

I believe you have to go into the phone settings and turn on the name display under features/call settings I believe

I do not have any option for user name under Call Settings on the menu options. The only options I get are:

"Go to Incoming Call <On>"
"Call Timer <On>"
"Visual Alerting <Off>"
"Redial <List>"
"Audio Path <Speaker>"


this in on a CM R6.
