How can I view the ordering times of the menu items of a check without using KDS?

yes I have done this few years ago on 3700 but cant tell you how to set it up.
Basically every time you send a round it puts the time stamp (date time ) on the check.
so when a customer says his burger has been 30 min open the check and see the time stamp. All items above the line was sent in that round.
This time stamp line does not appear on guest check.

Hopefully someone else knows of a better way but as far as I know it's not easy.

The menu items are stored in the micros db under micros.dtl but the timestamps there are for the 'transaction/round' (I.e. when the check is opened/picked up until it's service totaled) and not the time each individual item is rung on.

In the past when I've needed this its ended up being an ISL script that listens to the MI & MI_VOID events and logs the items/times to a custom db table.

Could someone share a pms that does?.....Thnks
