Display reads "none"

I have a bunch of M3903's on different cards on an Option 11C at release 3.0.

The display on these phones read "none" in lower case.

Does anyone know why and how to get rid of it?

Is it in the bottom left hand corner?

you will need pwd2 to chg the Idle_Set_Display to your company name, default is Nortel, don't get the none.

You're right! It was the Idle set display. I printed out the PARM in LD22 and the idle set display was none. Now I will have to fight with my distributor to get the second level password!

Yes. Tried my passcode for the LPWD and NLPW prompt - no luck. I have a call into my distributor.
