Display "Busy" to Calling Party

Folks,

Is it possible to change the way the "busy" is noted on the phone display to a caller? i.e.: Caller A calls party B; but, party B is on the phone. Caller A want's to know party B is actually at their desk and on the other line and not just away from their desk. Any help would be great. I also have the books available if someone can point me in the right direction.
