I've just installed new 5520 Dual Modes and although they boot OK there's nothing being displayed in the window.

Normally there's time, date, etc but the new phones only display the ICP IP Address. And none of the super key functions dsipaly either

Is it a config issue?

Hi,

It happens sometimes...
What happens if you make a call ?
Does it work with another set ?
What is your ICP version ?
What do you meen when you say "it displays ICP IP adress ?"
Is it permanent ?
Can you see the boot sequence ?

...

Now, it's about French users too !!!

What happens if you make a call ? Calls go through OK but no destination info appears on screen. Plus there's no info displayed when you use the Superkey.

Does it work with another set ? No, got a batch of 5220's new out of box, model No. 50003791, and they all have the same prob. Other 5220's I have are older models - No. 50002818 and these work fine.

What is your ICP version ? 7.1

What do you meen when you say "it displays ICP IP adress ?"
When booted the only info displayed is this, this eventually disappears though when the phone is used.

Is it permanent ? Yes

Can you see the boot sequence ? Yes although it does differ slightly to the older models.

Is there a chance Ive got the wrong earlier model power over ethernet adapters.

Not stating the obvious, but you have obviously programmed them up as 5220 Dual Mode in the Multiline IP Set Config form! and NOT 5220? How many is there like this? is it more than one?or ALL of them?if its only the one then possible faulty phone try and get a replacement.

Try booting the phone straight from the front of the 3300?!

All programmed 5220 Dual Mode. 6 phones, new out of the box all showing same problem.

Running 6000 MAS Ver 6.1 with Teleworker. Although the earlier model 5220's work fine do I need to upgrade in order for later model 5220's to work.

I know I need to upgrade for 5212 / 5224's to work.

Interesting, I've got few phones with this issue. So far any cure. Interesting detail. If I load it in SIP mode it works just fine.

Current theory is that the older 5220's are single Mode and work fine on the older version Teleworker but later phones although 5220's are Dual Mode and the older Version TW won't let them boot properly

What verson of the tele-worker blade are you running? There are issues with 7.1 and the tele-worker that requires an upgrade, however you can not upgrade to the latest tele-worker balde unless you are running 7.0.2.8 of the MAS. What are your MAS and T/W versions?

VER 6.1 on the MAS.

Good question on the TW. I could'nt find any version info for TW on the MAS server.

Where do you find it?

click on blades and it will tell yopu what version you have installed. the highest version supported on MAS 6.1 is version 4

I'm running

Ver 6.1 MAS
Ver 3.1.12 Teleworker

I would recommend upgrading MAS to 7.0 and then the T/W blade. Chances are your problems will be solved.
