Display/Print more than 5 digits.

the P/R register report does not print more 5 digits. Can the report be modified to print more digits ?

Yes. it is payroll module. Actually, it's not the report. I believe the deduction fields do not allow the amount higher than 99,999.99. I am not sure if this is the built-in limitation or if it's possible to increase the digits limit thru the designer.

You definitely cannot do this via designer. How on earth can this be an issue? You got a year end bonus pay of a million dollars or something?

But the fields do not even allow hundred thousands value.

So you have a check where one of the witholdings is greater than $99,999? Write multiple checks if this is the case, in multiple payrolls.
