Display photo

Hello friends
i have create employee table and save photo in photo field which have 'long raw' data type ..when i will run report they will display only 'MM' in photo field how i will get photo in this field (also same on blob data type)

Make sure to change the type of the item in your report that is based on the long-raw to an image.
