Display only showing one line

Has anyone experienced their display only showing one line of text instead of two? The bottom line (current time when idle, or CID Name during incoming calls) randomly disappears until I either do a system reset or unplug the phone from the wall. Seems to happen more on one particular phone, but has been happening on other phones also. Tried swapping phones but doesn't fix problem.

R7 processor, E. Any ideas?

It is possible, but before you change out the processor, verify that the wiring is not the problem. Check the cabling, jacks and line cords. You might try plugging a phone directly into the processor with a line cord and see if the same condition occurs there. The process of elimination may point to the problem.

To further describe the issue, it seems to happen more frequently after transferring a call to an ext that has RCF enabled.

As process of elimination, I noticed that the unused extensions we're using for RCF did not have privacy enabled, so I enabled that for those extensions. So far, after turning on the privacy, I can't reproduce the problem. Maybe that fixed it, but I'll plug a phone into the board just in case.
