Where do I change the way a name is displayed when an email comes from someone. I need to add the middle initial to a name. Changing it in users properites didnt do it.

Go to ADUC and select username > properties. Click on the E-mail Addresses tab and add a new address for this user with the middle initial included. set this as the default.
