I have a Nortel Option 11C with Meridian mail and Symposium SECC.
When people call an ACD agent the display name does not show on their phone until after the line is picked up.
Is this normal? Or is there soem fix/workaround?
Our setup only had "call ID" like display for DN to DN calls. W do not have actual Caller ID for external calls.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
