Display name for external caller

Unable to find exactly what i'm after from searching so here goes,

What i would like to do is setup caller ID for incoming calls,
So when a user calls the office from their mobile number it will show their name with the suffix 'mobile'.
I assume you need to setup some kind of list for this but just not sure how?

These same external numbers are currently listed on our speed dial list, so not sure if the two can be integrated?

If you're using M3904 phones, user could enter them into personal directory on each phone. Then I believe the name would show up. Not aware of any system wide way to do that. However, that may mean you just need to hear from someone smarter than me on this stuff. =o)

We are using 1150s.
There would be too many phones & numbers to do it manually for each phone.
