I'm using Crystal XI with Oracle 10g.

I have a report that has over 53 columns per row that I need to export to xls. I currently have all columns on one display line but I had to make them so narrow its difficult to determine which column is which when I need to move them around. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to set up a display line formula with all of the columns and if so how do I include a header row with column names?

Thank you
CAC

with that many columns this may not compress items enough but...
select the label, right click, choose format text, choose the
Common tab, there should be a dropdown called text rotation, choose 90 (or 270 depending on which you can read easier)
Go to the Font tab, and change the size of the font to a smaller size (ie: 6 or 7)

And of course change the page layout to landscape and choose the widest paper you can. I had to do something similiar to this once.

If you set the report up using a driver for a very wide printer, e.g., HP Designjet 3500 or 4500, you can fit all columns on with headings.

Thank you all for your quick responses. LB unfortunately I don't have rights to install another print driver. I used the text rotation suggested by fisheromacse and it worked perfect,

Thanks again ~ and have a great day!
